ZBV Abogados advises IRSA in the acquisition of 183 Madison Ave Building
Zang, Bergel & Vi帽es Abogados advised IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones in the acquisition of Rigby Madison LLC鈥檚 participation in Rigby 183 LLC, owner of the 183 Madison Avenue Building in Manhattan. IRSA International LLC, subsidiary of IRSA, agrees to pay USD 32.5 million for 33.36% of Rigby 183 LLC. With this acquisition, IRSA becomes the main shareholder of 183 Madison with 82.36% of its capital. Zang, Bergel & Vi帽es Abogados advised IRSA through partner Sa煤l Zang and associate Alejandro Augusto Contreras, while Simpson Thacher & Bartlett was the local counsel for IRSA through partner David Williams and associate Brandon Greer. Handsman & Kaminsky advised Rigby Madison LLC through partner David Handsman.
