ZBV Abogados advised the organizers of the Argentinean Super TC 2000 Street Race
Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados advised event producer R2 S.A., responsible for the organization of the first street race of the Argentinean Super TC2000 Championship.
In the first street race organized in the city of Buenos Aires in more than 60 years, the road touring cars had to race 36 times the 3,080-meters city race-track organized around the popular Obelisk in downtown Buenos Aires, overlooking emblematic sites such as the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Colon Theatre, the Cabildo and the Plaza de Mayo.
Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados acted as legal counsel of R2, in charge of all the contracts that the event producer signed with all parties involved, including the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.
The project was supervised by Partner Juan Manuel Quintana and associates Inés Poffo and Iván Burin.
