Shearman & Sterling represented Interbank Group in its acquisition, through an indirect subsidiary, of all of the issued and outstanding shares of a holding company which owns InkaFarma.
Interbank Group has banking, insurance and retail operations in Peru. InkaFarma is the country's largest retail pharmacy chain.
