ZBV Abogados advised Upside Down Games in round of investment
Zang, Bergel & Vines Abogados advised Upside Down Games (UDG) in the round of a Series A investment to internationalize the company by establishing an operation in Los Angeles, California.
UDG is a company founded by professionals from the fields of yoga and education, which has developed an innovative series of educational games whose goal is to give children support and encouragement so that they can develop life-long good habits based on physical exercise, a healthy diet, intellectual activity and spiritual development.
All games are designed to be played by the entire family so that parents and children can share a fun and educational activity. Among others, UDG owns the renowned game "The Magic Path of Yoga".
Zang, Bergel & Vines Abogados acted as legal advisor of Upside Down Games in its capitalization in California through its partner Juan Manuel Quintana and associates Alejandro Contreras, Laura Barbosa and Christian Larsen.
