He is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, specializing in International Security and Intelligence Services (U.T.N), and holds a Master’s degree with a comprehensive approach in the field of international relations, political economy, international security and ideology, and political discourse, from the University of Essex.

Professional expertise:

He has worked in the Criminal Justice of the Province of Buenos Aires, serving in the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Province of Buenos Aires as an assistant attorney in the Prosecutor’s Office specializing in economic crimes and institutional violence.

Prior to joining the firm, Franco worked at the law firm Munilla Lacasa, Salaber & De Palacios, and is an assistant professor at the Universidad Católica Argentina in charge of the subject Public International Law, in the chair of Dr. Danessa and is a Researcher of the IUS project, in charge of the group linking terrorism, weapons and
narcotrafic (2022-2024).
